So I made it back from the UK safe and sound and have been working on the same piece I started before I left. I think it is almost finished now, but I think it will need a coat of fixative and then another lay of black at least. Originally I was not to sure about this piece and how it was progressing, but it is slowly growing on me and as it gets closer and closer to completion I am getting more and more comfortable with it.
